5. How to Change Your Life by Finding Your Expanders

In this week's episode, we talk about the importance of finding expanders. Both of us are on a journey of figuring things out, and finding people that expand you and give you a new perspective is a huge key.

We discuss our different journeys and where we are heading. Amanda opens up about her new home and all the feelings that come with this huge change. Mathilda talks about her longing to move abroad and the expansion and fears she has in doing this all by herself. We also talk about the importance of having a clear focus in life so that you can direct your energy.

We felt that we could just keep talking and had to push ourselves to press the “stop recording” button after one hour.

We love having these conversations and we feel so much expansion in doing the podcast in English—connecting with people all over the world.

Love,

Amanda and Mathilda
