10 - Bonus Speaker - Meet Mark Germain: No Choice, Surrender & Seeing
A surprise bonus conversation with Mark, a long-time Human Design authority and 3/5 Projector. We dive into the foundations, no choice, surrender, and seeing - and how a projector’s outer authority actually lands. Mark shares how right-minded cognition gets “pulled” out in dialogue, why recognition and invitation matter (even when you know the answer), parenting through mechanics, and the seven-year refinement cycles that change how wisdom transmits over time.    Key Takeaways   Foundations first: No choice, surrender, and seeing are the pillars Mark keeps returning to drop the “I did this” vanity and let authority lead.   Projector mechanics in practice: Recognition + invitation aren’t niceties; they’re the switch that determines whether guidance lands or backfires   Right-minded flow: Mark’s guidance emerges in response. Q&A formats pull the correct insights; the same question can yield different answers based on the moment.   Knowledge × experience: Book smarts alone or life experience alone won’t cut it. Wisdom comes when mechanics and lived processes synthesize.   Seven-year refinements: Year 1–7 clears debris; Year 8+ you start to live as yourself. Expect continued refinement in 7-year waves.   In-aura matters: Group fields amplify recognition, learning, and bonding About Mark   Mark is a seasoned Human Design guide with ~20 years in the system. A 3/5 Projector with a right mind and passive body, he’s known for sharp pattern recognition, provocative humor, and clean, in-the-moment reads. His HD satsangs (live Q&A) are designed for spontaneous, invited guidance where the wisdom fits the person and the moment. You will get to experience a Q&A Satsang with Mark at the After Hours events at the conference!  Connect with Mark:  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/mark.germain.9 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/markgermainhd/

Read more about the conference: https://www.holistiskhumandesign.no/conference   In this episode, James Alexander shares his journey as a 5/1 Emotional Manifesting Generator and triple split, and how Human Design came into his life through lived experience rather than theory. James emphasizes the importance of embodiment, somatic awareness, and bringing Human Design “down to earth.” He shares insights on emotional authority, the triple split process, and why deconditioning requires more than just knowing strategy and authority.   We discuss the current state of Human Design in the world, how to navigate misinformation, and the need for supportive, grounded teaching. James also talks about his personal connection to music, healing modalities, and why his work now focuses on clarifying and deepening the practical use of Human Design.   Key Takeaways: Why emotional authority is more nuanced than a simple “wave” pattern.   The triple split experience: why “herding cats” is the perfect metaphor.   Undefined Spleen & Root centers: challenges with fear, health, and pressure.   The importance of somatic work and nervous system regulation in deconditioning.   Human Design’s blind spots: what Ra did (and didn’t) teach about the psychological process.   How the field of Human Design needs to embrace more nuance, patience, and embodiment.   James’ relationship with music, touch cognition, and their healing roles.   About James Alexander: James Alexander is the founder of the New School of Human Design, a teacher, guide, and coach with a focus on bringing Human Design back into the body. As a 5/1 Emotional Manifesting Generator with a triple split definition, James blends his background in coaching and Human Design to support people in real, embodied deconditioning. 06 - Meet Dirk Nellens: Human Design as a Lens for Compassion, Child Development & Self-Understanding
Read more about the conference: https://www.holistiskhumandesign.no/conference In this deep and illuminating conversation, Dirk Nellens, a 4/6 Reflector with a background in anthropology and body-based therapy, shares his unique and embodied perspective on Human Design. Dirk discusses the importance of seeing Human Design not as dogma, but as a living lens that invites curiosity, compassion, and self-inquiry. Together, we explore how conditioning, trauma, and child development intersect with the chart, and how Human Design can become a truly therapeutic, experiential journey.   Dirk also shares powerful reflections on deconditioning, the role of the reflector, the difference between individuality and individualism, and how Human Design can be misused to reinforce neurosis instead of supporting transformation. A must-listen for those craving depth, nuance, and authenticity in their HD experiment.   Key Takeaways: Human Design should be a revelation, not a rigid doctrine - the chart reveals itself through lived experience, not mental understanding.   The difference between individuality (our undividedness with life) and individualism (egoic separation) is critical in how we apply HD.   Deconditioning is deeply therapeutic and benefits from being supported by modalities like body-based therapy, the Enneagram, and trauma work.   Reflectors experience deep sampling; Dirk shares insights on how the body, not the mind, holds the truth of authority.   Strategy and authority aren’t things to do, but inherent energetic laws we’re born with; embodiment comes first.   The Human Design chart reveals the architecture of the mental body, but the character that forms is shaped through childhood and environment.   Human Design and therapy can powerfully support each other: HD provides an essence-based lens, therapy offers the tools for real integration.   There’s a danger in using HD to reinforce trauma or defense mechanisms, especially when analysts are unaware of psychological dynamics.   Music, sound, body awareness, and the neutrino weather all offer ways to stay grounded and present in our experiment.   Dirk’s upcoming book will explore themes like child development, deconditioning, anthropology, and how to play with Human Design more consciously.   About Dirk: Dirk Nellens is a 4/6 Reflector with a background in anthropology and body-based therapy. He spent many years immersed in spiritual and therapeutic communities including Osho’s meditation resort, and has studied Human Design for over two decades. Dirk’s approach is experiential, therapeutic, and deeply grounded in compassion and embodiment. He is currently preparing to publish his first book on Human Design, which explores its intersection with child development, trauma, and consciousness.   Connect with Dirk:    Website: https://dirknellens.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/throughthelensofdesign/   If you resonated with Dirk’s unique and powerful lens on Human Design, share this episode with someone on their journey of deconditioning. As a manifester with the emotional 12-22 channel, Guido shares a raw and honest conversation about emotional processing, the impact of conditioning, and the courageous act of truly expressing oneself.   We explore topics ranging from the deep layers of emotional authority, the challenges of deconditioning, to the powerful metaphor of “cutting the umbilical cord” from societal and familial expectations.   Whether you’re curious about how Human Design can support emotional healing or want to feel seen in your own struggle for self-expression, this conversation is a must-listen.   Key Takeaways: Emotional Honesty Over Emotional Control: Guido shares his long journey of learning to express emotions authentically, without making impulsive decisions based on emotional waves.   The Power of Expression for Manifestors: Informing reframed as “expressing”; allowing emotions, even anger, to be expressed without fear of rejection or misunderstanding.   Conditioning Runs Deep: A candid reflection on how early childhood experiences and societal norms shape our emotional expression and how difficult (but essential) it is to decondition.   The Matrix, Mothers & Emotional Independence: Guido speaks to the metaphor of still being energetically attached to our mothers and how true personal freedom requires emotional separation.   Music & Emotional Processing: An intimate story of how losing and regaining hearing in one ear became a symbolic healing journey through music, connecting his 12-22 channel to health and emotional well-being.   Skepticism of “Watered Down” Human Design: A grounded take on the current popularization of Human Design and why returning to basics is more impactful than chasing complex theories.   About Guido: Guido is a Human Design analyst with three decades of experience, trained directly in the early days of the system.
Essensen i Ivars kors. No choice som ansvarsfraskrivelse. No choice / Fritt valg / Mønstre.  Ansvar i passenger consciousness.

Å ta inn for mye informasjon.

Læringen skjer i minglingen.
