Thank you for joining me on this journey to explore the art and science of
leading a fulfilled life with balanced spiritual living. Today we are going to
talk about how not to burden ourselves with emotional overweight.
We all have become quite conscious of being physically overweight and take measures to get rid of
it. Am I correct,
There has never been greater awareness about physical fitness, weight loss therapy, and diet change
than we use today. But when it comes to emotional baggage, we are not aware of
the heavy negative weight we are carrying.
Do you pay attention to excessive emotional weight?
We have piled up layers and layers of needless
thoughts, hurtful feelings, limiting beliefs and overdose of social media
content over a period of time and we never realized that this is a baggage we
carry day in, day
How do we handle it?
First and foremost, there is no one else who can clean the emotions we have held into in our minds.
Practice meditation and consume good thoughts and stay in a good company to
clear your emotional toxins.
Secondly, pay attention to what you think and feel about yourself and other people. Accept
them and yourself with love and care. Avoid the gossip, judgment, and
criticism.
It important is not to label small situations as challenges in life, even if worst has happened. Never
say, I cannot forget this, or cannot forgive that. Releasing the past and is
just one thought of it.
And you can do it instantly as you're, as long as you're ready to put into action. Just keep a
goal and focus on being light internally as your priority. Allow yourself, be
yourself, and choose purity and positivity in your lifestyle.
