Manifesting Reality: Power of Thoughts

Good afternoon everyone. Today I'll be discussing a fascinating concept of manifesting your own reality. You may be curious as to how this is possible when we often believe that everything is pre destined. I'm certain that many of you share this belief. Am I correct?

 Well, recently Ihave discovered and it is truly revealing that whether we want to or don't want to, whatever thoughts we produce and intentfully put out in this world create our own reality.

Thoughts are nothing but energy that you radiate into the universe and that manifests into the reality. 

 It is all in the power of thoughts and it works through love attraction, but there is a twist here. It does not mean that we get what we want. It means we get what we are

 

Our ability to attract what we desire is rooted in our subconscious mind, and it depends on the thoughts we cultivate within it. Ultimately, our thoughts shape our destiny. From my observations and personal experiences, I have learned that by having unwavering faith and belief, and by consistently focusing on our intentions, our thoughts have the power to materialize in reality. It is crucial, however, to ensure that our thoughts are pure and aligned with our true desires. Avoid diluting the positive conviction with a single negative thought or doubt, or mixing it with anxiety. Only then can the power of our thoughts truly manifest what we truly want. Absolutely.

Meditation serves as a spiritual gateway, leading us closer to the divine. As we transcend the confines of any specific religious doctrine, we internalize and embody truth itself. We may have listened to countless lectures on the topic of sweetness, but it is only through experiencing the taste of sugar that we truly understand its delightful essence.

 

When you practice a universal truth, even though you don't call yourself a Christian, Christ will claim you. The silence of deep meditation should be practiced more in all churches. Everyone should talk less. I recall that during my Hermitage training in India, my guru <inaudible> would lecture to us only once in a while. Most of the time, we sat around him without any talking.

 

If he even stirred, he would repro us. Meditation is a channel channel that puts you in touch with the infinite intelligence. When you commune with the intelligence, you are able to understand all the secrets of creation. A real teacher possesses more than book knowledge In spiritual life, it is necessary to learn from people who know that they know because they have experienced not merely reading about the truth.

Thank you for joining me on this journey to explore the art and science of leading a fulfilled life with balanced spiritual living. Today we are going to talk about how not to burden ourselves with emotional overweight.  We all have become quite conscious of being physically overweight and take measures to get rid of it. Am I correct,  There has never been greater awareness about physical fitness, weight loss therapy, and diet change than we use today. But when it comes to emotional baggage, we are not aware of the heavy negative weight we are carrying.   Do you pay attention to excessive emotional weight?   We have piled up layers and layers of needless thoughts, hurtful feelings, limiting beliefs and overdose of social media content over a period of time and we never realized that this is a baggage we carry day in, day How do we handle it?  First and foremost, there is no one else who can clean the emotions we have held into in our minds. Practice meditation and consume good thoughts and stay in a good company to clear your emotional toxins.  Secondly, pay attention to what you think and feel about yourself and other people. Accept them and yourself with love and care. Avoid the gossip, judgment, and criticism.  It important is not to label small situations as challenges in life, even if worst has happened. Never say, I cannot forget this, or cannot forgive that. Releasing the past and is just one thought of it.   And you can do it instantly as you're, as long as you're ready to put into action. Just keep a goal and focus on being light internally as your priority. Allow yourself, be yourself, and choose purity and positivity in your lifestyle.

Today we are going to talk about the importance of detachment, the way to peace and fulfillment. The question is how attachment is the cause of all the emotional pain and misery and why detachment is the way to peace and fulfillment. Friends, when we attach ourselves to anything it not only gives rise to fear, but also brings with its emotions like anger, ego, sadness, jealousy, greed, comparisons, hatred, hatred, et cetera. All these emotions have these roots in attachment, which gives rise to insecurity and discontent. Then why do we have to stay attached to anything? Attachments can be both internal, encompassing our thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs, or external, such as our job or social status. Negative emotions tied to these attachments often generate internal mental pressure and feelings of helplessness. However, by detaching ourselves from these circumstances, conditions, and even our own mental constructs like beliefs and behaviors, we can find a liberating freedom that is unburdened by illusions of the world around us. This is the key to attaining peace, harmony, and fulfillment in every facet of our lives."

The important thing is to refine the power of reason. Until it becomes intuitive. Whenever you need, correct Thinking about a situation, Calm yourself first. By meditation go deep into the calm region of the soul. Deepen your connection with your soul through meditation and find the calm within. Once you are in alignment with your soul, you will gain inner vision and understanding, allowing you to make correct decisions in everything you do. Trust your soul intuition, as it will guide you without fail. Don't allow your mind to obsess over problems, let your soul's light be your guide.
