Hey Mama! Welcome to The Lifestyle Medicine Project. If you’re ready to finally commit to life-long health, feeling better, and improving your mental and physical health for good, you’re in the right place. Hi! I’m Jennifer Coble and I am a Nurse Practitioner, certified functional medicine practitioner, boy mom to 3, wife, Uber driver, lunchroom lady, cleaning lady, dog walker and much more… and I have a twang because I’m from GA. Basically, I’m a normal mom just like you who’s figured out the secrets to life-long health. I have a calling on my life to transform the way that you view and experience healthcare because I believe that traditional medicine is leading people astray. We don’t need to just give a pill for the ill and send people away. We need to empower people to have true lifestyle transformation both internally and externally… and most importantly commit and be disciplined to the process! This is where we’re going to dig into the root cause of what’s going on in your health, your life, your mindset, and your heart and we’re not gonna put a bandaid on things. There is no quick fix for true transformation. It’s time for you to go against the grain to get to optimal health that is going to have you feeling incredible with high energy, loving what you see in the mirror and transferring that positive change to your kids, your family, and your spouse. I can’t wait to create true lifestyle change with you!! Let’s MANDATE VEGETABLES.
