My intention was to record a newer Initial Session with the Holistic Well-being Routine and workbook so that you could hear what that might sound like.
Ultimately, it's the Clients choice if they want to use the workbook during the coaching container.
You will only hear 1 of the 6 sessions through the podcast. The remaining 5 sessions are included in our Holistic Coach Continuing Education program for anyone who is a coach and want to review ICF materials, reflect on any new learnings you've had from being a coach and implementing materials and revising your practice in anyway that seems fit.

Beverly Sartain is the President of the Holistic Coach Training Institute, where she trains aspiring coaches on coaching skills and business set-up.
