5. Holding Space for Rebecca Haly

Lucky us- Digital transformation expert and business leader Rebecca Haly is my special guest on Episode 5 of Holding Space for Unicorns.
And when you listen to Rebecca share more about her career, her values and the “A-ha!” moments, you’ll agree that she brings something different and unique, a refreshing perspective, to this conversation.

When Rebecca and I got to talking, I realised how much we had in common, and that some of her lightbulb moments were similar to my own - and no doubt, so many others out there who are driven by learning, growth and freedom.

During our chat, we discuss:
*The value of Will and Skill when hiring, coaching and build teams, vs talent and complacency

*The ethics of AI. Whose responsibility is it to decide what they are and uphold them?

*Mentors, coaches, and building a personal boardroom.

We hope you enjoy the episode- I was absolutely delighted to have Rebecca join us. Please let us know if something resonated with you!
