When I think about the future, and I have conversations with women like the incredible Arzoo Shah, gosh I'm excited. The energy that Arzoo brings to this episode is BRIGHT!!
I met Arzoo for a lunch in a Melbourne cafe to discuss recording, and as we talked about the challenges and opportunities in our careers, I knew that this would be a special chat.
As a woman of colour, who has experienced unconscious bias in some challenging and sometimes unfair environments, Arzoo has not let those experiences get in her way. They have shaped her into the person she is today. We discuss our passions, starting a new business, learning from failures, the importance of emotional intelligence and leading with empathy. Arzoo is wise, strong and ambitious.
I LOVED this conversation with Arzoo, and I hope you will too.
