23. Sleep Development with Elissa Gilbertson part 2

This is the second part of our Sleep Education episodes. In this episode Elissa continues to explain the wonderful things happening in our developing child as they sleep or don't sleep! There's so many golden nuggets in this episode (like did you know giving morning pumped milk to your baby at night will keep them awake and stimulated? yup. Or get this oily mama- did you know your baby might not like that lavender scent you are diffusing and will disturb his sleep? YUP.  So our biggest take away? You child's sleep environment is so important and should take into account all 5 senses: taste, smell. sight, touch and sound. Tune in to find out how and why!
