Kristi has over 25 years of international and multicultural human resource experience in the automotive, healthcare, food and beverage, and workforce solutions industries. Prior to Sigred Solutions, Kristi served in strategic human resource roles at several leading global organizations, including General Motors, Kelly Services, Pepsi-Cola and Volkswagen. Most recently, Kristi served as the global head of talent development at General Motors.
