Elizabeth Su is a self proclaimed “self-love Evangelist on a mission to change the narrative that women have been told about success and happiness.” After graduating summa cum laude from Tufts University with a BS in quantitative economics and community health she reached a six-figure salary at a hot silicone valley start up. During that time, she struggled with an eating disorder and anxiety disorder and she was so fucking tired. Elizabeth then moved from California to New York City to get her Masters degree at Columbia University in clinical psychology with a concentration in spirituality and mind-body practices. She’s dedicated her career to empowering women teaching about emotional and spiritual wellness and changing the rules of the game itself. She is an Aries sun sign with a Virgo rising.
