Elle explores how having anxiety can be beneficial; if you just take the time to harness it. Born with bleeding stomach ulcers, Elle has been to the hospital many times throughout her life to heal her digestive tract. What came first the anxiety or the stomach ulcer? To this day that question lingers in Elle's mind. Though she'll never find out the answer, the question itself led to the notion that if the anxiety and stomach pain wasn't going away then Elle was going to use it to her benefit.
