Buying physical cd's or vinals: Are we being ripped off? Plus Lil Wayne's mixtapes put on streaming and taken off fast.

I bought a physical CD of Lil Wayne's Tha Carter VI and was surprised to find out it was not the full album that is on streaming services. Come to find out this isn't new and other artists are doing this same thing with their physical cd's and vinals. My question even though I love my coppy is why not the full album? I got that answer kind of in an artical I read. I talk about that and Lil Wayne's mixtapes being finally put on streaming services only to be taken off.
