In this first episode of High Off Life (Previously, the Manifesting With Calla Show), I share why I’m choosing to take a 90 day or even longer break from weed after over 10 years of daily smoking—and how this fits into my broader journey of healing.
I’ve been sober from alcohol for over a year now. While I never drank often, when I did, I blacked out, threw up, or ended up with alcohol poisoning—and that was enough for me to walk away.
Weed, though? That was harder to quit. It felt like a spiritual tool, a coping mechanism, a friend… until it didn’t.
I’m also working on healing my relationship with sugar and food, which—like weed—became ways to soothe pain I hadn’t yet learned to face.
This episode is for anyone exploring what life feels like without their go-to numbing tools.
