Episode 39: Moving kindly and with humanity through depression; dealing with the inner war; and a guided meditation with Scott at the end

In this conversation, Jacob and Scott talk about what depression can look and feel like for the two of them, and what they do when they’re feeling depressed and/or hopeless. They discuss bringing radical acceptance to the experience of being human and seeing how different life can feel when we’re not acting in a constant state of resistance to what is. The friends talk about the power of choice in our lives, and checking in with and listening to the body when it comes to making decisions. Scott ends the episode with a guided meditation that takes listeners into the love of their hearts and the peace of their souls.
