There's not a lot that we take more seriously here at O&H Consulting than food - and chocolate is right up at the top of that list. Add to that a healthy dose of grass roots activism (we bought 8 of the chocolate uteruses and are pleased to say we got one with the raspberries!!!), women finding fulfilling careers that allow them to earn profit, follow their passion, and be full-time moms and there was no way we weren't going to love Lindsay Tarnoff and her team at Laughing Gull. They are pioneering a new way of creating sweet treats - that acknowledges the true cost of their ingredients. Really, our only regret is that they're not partnering nationally to have one of their amazing pairing menus local to us!
