Rachel is the Founder and CEO of Millie, a workplace giving platform designed to engage employees, making giving back fun, accessible, and impactful. Her passion for social impact started when she spent a year after high school living and volunteering in a youth village where she took on a fundraising role during the day, and ran programming for kids in the evenings. Rachel is a product designer by trade and after spending 8 years designing software at startups, she’s on a mission to empower businesses of all sizes to start and grow workplace giving programs. At Millie, Rachel uses her expertise in personalization technology and product design to build tools that help companies cultivate a culture of giving and amplify the impact of their employees, customers, and bottom line.
