In this episode I interviewed Loren Cobbs. She is the founder of @crateagency and @sdmelanin. Loren is also a dear friend and community builder who's creating experiences for people of color. 

In this episode we got to chat about her personal story growing up as a black girl in America, her experience working abroad and traveling to more than 30 countries, and her journey of going from being a diplomat to building community and thriving in business during Covid.
