So often we go through our day, not recognizing or noticing how we feel, physically, mentally, or emotionally. All of the stressors of the day get bottled up, and that is never good for any area of our health. We want to be able to check in with both our body and mind throughout the day - Am I frustrated? Am I at peace? Does my body hurt? Does my back hurt? Do I feel okay? It is important that we ask ourselves these questions, so that we can correct course when needed.
