In this episode, Annie covers the true story of a little girl who will bring the most infamous, hideous, serial killer in modern time, to justice.
She was a brave girl, a kind human, and a true hero.
The crime against Krystal Surles and her friend, Katy Harris, will be his last.

Author Dianne Fanning, the author of my source, is also a true hero. With her help from the Innocence Project, they were able to free a mother, wrongly accused
of killing her son. Who happened to be one of Tommy Lynn Sells victims.
