Popular in the 90s, "haunted houses" put on by the evangelical church, are spun as fun outreach events, but actually putting on gruesome scenes of "sins" and worst-case scenarios to scare anyone who visits. These scenes terrified visitors some as young as 10 years old, witnessing skits about murder, rape, suicide, abortion and more, as a warning to avoid being dragged to hell.
