Your ego is not your amigo. My career as the music manager at Swazi Radio was just starting to take off when they brought in a music manager with far more experience than me. I was demoted to Assistant Music Manager The thought of teaching them a lesson and resigning crossed my mind. Thank goodness I was able to curb my ego. As a result I not only knew everything I knew about radio, but I was also able to learn everything he knew.
