Abbie Dillion is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in horticulture. Soon after graduating, she landed her dream job as a farm crew leader at Gaia Herbs - a 250 acre regenerative organic certified medicinal herb farm nestled in the mountains of western North Carolina. She works alongside her team to expand diversity and pollinator habitat on the farm to create the healthiest ecosystem possible. She believes regenerative farming is one of the most important forces in improving our environmental and human health, and is excited to continue learning how to effectively farm with mother nature in mind and heart.
