I'm talking about gratitude and how it's been a game-changer for me. I've noticed that when I'm focused on the good things in my life, I find even more to be thankful for. But when I'm not feeling great, I tend to forget about all the good stuff.I want to share how shifting our focus to gratitude can make a big difference.
