Today we're speaking to Florence Adepoju. Flow is a cosmetic scientist and founder of MDMflow, a makeup brand combining her passion for beauty, science and 90s Hip-Hop. Niki is also joined by Lucy, co-founder of Her Own Boss and one of the brains behind our social media, as well as a fellow makeup enthusiast.
