WHO AM I?

My name is Eliana and I am a Holistic Nutritionist specializing in women's health, hormones, fertility and menstrual health.

In my practice, I work closely with individuals to balance their hormones, manage PCOS, enhance fertility, and smoothly transition off birth control using natural methods such as nutrition, lifestyle changes, and supplements.

I embarked on this journey because I desperately needed someone to guide me through my hormonal issues when I had no idea where to start and no one to turn to, other than conventional medication, which I wanted to avoid.

I'm thrilled to share my story and insights with you today.
