Jihan is a Sr. People Partner at Samsara, where she fosters environments that enable growth through authenticity, belonging, and a shared purpose. In addition to her role at Samsara, Jihan also serves as a member of the board of trustees at Reality Church London, where she uses her skills to support staff development and strategic planning. Jihan holds a postgraduate degree in Psychodynamic Counselling from the University of Oxford and an undergraduate degree in Organisational Communication from Rollins College.
