When I was in this position years ago, I did not even know the words to use to find the help I needed. I hope that by collecting this information together on one website, and by doing regular therapist interviews on a podcast I can spread the word and help people find the right therapy, and therapist, for them in their time of need.

This week feature Carien Sabey from stepping Stones Occupational therapy.
Carien has been an Occupational Therapist for over 15 years with most of her work supporting children and young people, and their families. She is an advanced Sensory Integration practitioner and trained in other approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Theraplay, Therapeutic Listening, Video Interaction Guidance and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy / PACE. Her two areas of interest are Sensory Integration, and Trauma and Attachment.
