Hella Latin@ is a platform for Latinos to tell their story and share their experiences of navigating identity and culture as a first gen and/or immigrant. The three pillars that make up Hella Latin@ are representation, vulnerability and celebration. Representation: there's a mosaic of accents, backgrounds and cultures that make up Latinidad, and it's time to represent that mosaic — one story at a time. Vulnerability: each guest keeps it real on how they break cycles, blaze new trails, and embrace identity as a superpower through it all. Celebration: there are many stories about our people y cultura but rarely are we the authors of it. In this podcast, we put a spotlight on who we are, where we come from, and where we're going. So, go grab your cafecito and get ready to laugh, learn, and be inspired by nuestra gente.

Part 2: Leaving health care for self care with Latina in wellness, Tiffany Leonardo
Tiffany Leonardo 🇩🇴 went from the Bronx to The Bay to LA, from health care to self care, and studio instructor to studio OWNER 🗣️. This mujerón is a testament to following your inner compass, pivoting even when it feels impossible, and doing what you love with passion and intention. In this episode, we talk about how she does it.  In this part 2, Tiffany and I are in person live from her LA-based studio called Sueños! Tiffany tells all about the process of opening up a studio, why wellness and self-awareness is salient to our overall health, and she even does a quick little astrology reading on me. AH!  There’s all this and more, including more on the Latinas in wellness conversation, in this week’s episode. Keep up with Tiffany on their website and Instagram.  For all Hella Latin@ updates, follow @hellalatinopodcast on Instagram and connect on LinkedIn. More at odalysjasmine.com.
