Ledelse kan både være tungt og ambitiøs - men kan den også udøves i øjenhøjde, med jordforbindelse og humor? I en samtale under Heartland 2025 deler r8Dios direktør Klavs Bundgaard og programchef Allan Sindberg deres erfaringer med at udvikle en lille lokalradio til en af landets mest markante stemmer i mediebranchen - og afslører, hvordan deres model for Ledelse i gulvhøjde kan inspirere både iværksættere og industrigiganter.
Klavs Bundgaard er stifter og direktør i r8Dio samt daglig leder af multihuset Stjernen i Skuldborg, hvor hans ledelsesstil bygger på både historiske forbilleder og egne erfaringer fra kulturlivets konkurrenceprægede miljø. Allan Sindberg er programchef i r8Dio, og har stået i spidsen for alt fra talentudvikling til markedsføring og kreativ strategi - altid med visionær tilgang, formet af mange års erfaring fra medie- og underholdningsbranchen.
Bag de to karismatiske ledere gemmer sig naturligvis komikerne Kasper Nielsen og Brian Lykke, der sammen med bl.a. Mikael Bertelsen, Mads Brügger, Frederik Cilius og Rasmus Bruun grundlagde r8Dio i 2020.
Denne samtale handler dog ikke kun om satire og spil for galleriet, men om de greb, erfaringer og tanker, der gør ledelse både effektivt og menneskeligt.
