The Adventure begins: An ancient empire was shattered; it's tyranny overthrown by the people. A 300 year peace saw nations arise, finally free to develop their own traditions and societies, until a shadowy mist flowed over the western mountains, invading the land with malice and darkness. The nations united, and drove the mist back, fortifying the land, but not after death and loss affected several of the former nations.
