Tanishka is best known for her Facebook page the moon woman, she an incredible teacher and wisdom keeper. I first connected with her around 15 years ago through a feminine archetypes course she was running. I have since followed her incredible journey. She is well researched and very knowledgeable in the area and I was so curious to learn more about rites of passage from her, as my own son is at a pivotal turning point in his life at age 12.
I was so excited that Tanishka agreed to come on the show, the recording day rolled around and I was hit by extreme brain fog. The kind you experience where you just can’t find words or clarity, I muddled through trying my best to stay on point. It appears my perimenopausal phase has arrived at the most inconvenient time of all!!. Appearing like a huge cloudy wall of fog just as I was in the drivers seat of one of my important interviews, the timing could not have been more inconvenient! Aggghhh! The gift here is that it has sent me into deep self compassion, to the next level of self love. Also I am on a new quest to uncover my hormonal imbalances and what my temple requires to function best.
