Transforming Grief into Hope: How Can We Share Strength After Losing A Loved One? - S5E2 with Sara Bonito

Sara offers us thought-provoking reflections that pull on our heartstrings as we explore how grief can strengthen our relationships and the importance of accepting support from others.

Reflect and Strengthen:

  • What happens after losing someone you love so dearly? Do we really say "Goodbye"?

  • How can we use our challenging experiences to be present with others whom we care about?

  • Why is letting others support us the way to build the greatest personal strength and relationships? Would we want to do the same for them?

About Sara Bonito:

Sara Bonito is a Portuguese Microsoft alumnus with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics, a former triathlete, and a podcast co-host. Her ability to adapt to any and all scenarios was what led her to take on the challenge to leave her home country of Portugal and settle in Geneva, Switzerland.

Today, she works at Deloitte as a Business Analyst and helps companies to implement Global Mobility technology solutions so they can effectively manage their global workforce.

Host Rob Maloney:

Rob is a trilingual world traveler with 2 master’s degrees, IRONMAN triathlete, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker. Rob uses his voice to give teammates, leaders, family, and friends better opportunities to share their own. He’s focused on replacing broken "self-help" obstacles with powerful "help others" mindsets through reflecting & growing together.
