S4E19 Showing Up Our Best for the People We Care About the Most: Mindset Reflections - Charlie Raike, MA Human Resources & Industrial Relationships

With a BA in psychology and a Master's degree in HR, Charlie Raike has made his career out of his most compelling passion. Understanding human motivation and using that as a force to make life ever more harmonious. Becoming a father recently has given him a lot of perspective on what is truly important, finding joy in the moment and living life with gratitude.

Key Questions for Reflecting and Strengthening:

  • What is it we fear most when approaching something puzzling, for example, parenthood?
  • What is mental health actually and why do we need to work more to understand it?
  • Can we really connect and make friends with anyone by finding common ground first?

Host:

Rob is a trilingual world traveler with 2 master’s degrees, IRONMAN triathlete, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker. He’s driven to help our world replace limited views of personal potential with unstoppable growth mindsets by reflecting & growing together.
