What’s the worst that can happen?
In this episode, Tom and Ciaran meander through a veritable menagerie of cultural, philosophical and psychological topics, including a visit into the world of marketing and some predictions for the future, a discussion around the importance of celebrating successes, a brief look at anticipatory avoidance behaviour, perfectionism and over coming fears. From there they go on a magical mystery tour looking at areas such as silencing the inner critic, sea swimming and climate change. If that wasn't enough, the train carries on into the psychology of future selves, bad decision making in puberty, being responsible and retrospective anxiety. This episode is multidimensional and dynamic where no stone is left unturned. Buckle up for a deep conversation!
