In our third episode of the Healthy You Podcast we meet Rob Ellis, the Founder of Cambridge Tennis Academy. Rob shares how he started playing tennis as a kid, going on to start coaching as a part-time job whilst studying at University. In 2015, after 20 years of coaching tennis he decided the time was right to set up his own coaching business and so Cambridge Tennis Academy was born. Rob tells us how he's been trying to keep the CTA community, as well as his own family active and engaged with different lockdown challenges over the last year. Not content to sit and twiddle his thumbs whilst the courts have been closed, find out what motivated Rob to take on a 100km running challenge on the coldest day of the year. You can find out more about Cambridge Tennis Academy at cambridge-tennis.com or ParkTennis at parktennis.org
