We are back after the summer and in our first episode of series 2 of the Healthy You podcast, we meet Chris Lee, an Army veteran, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor for Cambs Bootcamps. Originally from Newcastle, Chris settled in Cambridgeshire after leaving the Army 3 years ago. Chris shares what he loves about outdoor group exercise and how he has been encouraging his fitness community to stay active throughout the pandemic. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Chris is taking on his own mega challenge this year to raise valuable funds for Blesma, the Miltiary Charity for Limbless Veterans, a cause very close to his heart. Tune into the episode to find out about the different elements of the 6 month long challenge and how he is getting on.
