I am a mama to 8, which I solo parented 7 of those while working after a high conflict divorce. I got tired of not taking care of me and was exhausted trying to do all the things. I had to learn how to pivot and find simpler ways to take care of me in regards to healthier habits while raising my family.

Over half of Americans have diabetes or pre-diabetes and many don’t know it. I am sharing statistics and some helpful tips to bring awareness around this subject as I begin a pivot towards serving women at risk for diabetes.
