However it is nothing to feel guilty about if we make a conscious effort to eliminate our biases, which Siluni will talk about in today's episode!

This episode is about alcohol, drugs, their harmful effects, why people take drugs, how to quit, and how to help others you know to quit. Taking drugs has become too common, too normalized, and the effects are too often downplayed. They shouldn’t ever be the answer to boredom, stress, having fun, or trying to fit in. There are so many alternatives that don’t ruin your health.

We are taught to believe that reducing our plastic usage and cleaning out plastic straws, bottles, and bags is what will save our oceans, but WE ARE BEING LIED TO. Major environmental organizations are failing to acknowledge the REAL PROBLEM, fishing and fish consumption. The fishing industry is lying to us and doing illegal activities, the sustainable labels on your seafood mean NOTHING, there are no reasons to eat fish (THEY DON'T MAKE OMEGA-3), and more. Learn scary truths about our oceans and what humans are REALLY doing to them. Here is how to ACTUALLY SAVE OUR OCEANS!!
