He is a certified The Six Types of Working Genius trainer and has received his certification from Leadership Strategies as an Effective Facilitator. He facilitates a CEO roundtable group and he uses these certifications to move leadership teams effectively and efficiently from where they are to where they want to be.
Scott’s favorite thing about working with small businesses is creating clarity with where they want to take their company and putting together a roadmap with how they will get there.
Scott and his wife, Alyssa, live in Glenwood, MN with their twins, Evan and Brielle. Scott enjoys hunting, alpine skiing, golfing, exercising, reading, and traveling with his family.
