Book Bio:

Is Peace Possible? Absolutely—If You Know How to Create It.

Sociology professor and peace advocate Reba Parker has asked her students one simple question: “Is peace possible?” Most respond with doubt, citing outdated notions of peace as the absence of conflict or a relic of the past. But what if peace could be reimagined as a modern skillset with measurable benefits in your life?

In The Peaceability Mindset, Reba Parker redefines peace for the 21st century as a practical and deeply personal process. By blending peace science with personal development, she introduces the Peace Equation—Safety + Wellbeing + Interconnectedness—and Seven Peaceability Factors to help you cultivate peace in yourself and your community.

Inside, You’ll Learn:

·       How to reimagine peace as an active, measurable practice unique to your life.

·       Tools to build emotional resilience, empathy, and purpose.

·       How safety, wellbeing, and interconnectedness create true inner harmony.

·       Steps to shift from chaos to mindful contentment.

·       How personal transformation drives societal good.

The Peaceability Mindset turns peace into a doable daily practice—one that starts with you and ripples outward to transform the world.
