On today’s show we have Dr. Adam Johnson, MD, who outside his shifts in the ER specializes in endobiogenic medicine where he geeks out (his words, not mine) on the physiological origins of disease and seeks to treat that physiology, as opposed to merely the symptoms.

Dr. Adam Johnson, MD is a board certified emergency physician who has worked in the emergency department at St. John's Health for the past 13 years. He went to medical school at the University of Utah and completed his emergency medicine residency training at the University of Massachusetts. Long before attending medical school, he had an interest in wellness and medicinal plants. He studied endobiogenic medicine with the Systems Biology Research Group under the direction of his dear friend and mentor, Dr. Kamyar Hadayat, MD.
