Episode 9: Everything You Need to Know About Thyroid Health

Your thyroid is your metabolic regulator, your body's engine. If it slows down, your body slows down. If it speeds up, your body speeds up. If you're suffering from symptoms like weight gain, thinning hair, increased sensitivity to cold, increased fatigue, and heavier periods, you may need to get your thyroid checked and see what's up. 

Don't be alarmed, though, there is always something you can do to help reset your thyroid and support it throughout your healing journey if something is going on! 

Dive with me, on this episode, to discover the importance of your thyroid, how to properly test for thyroid issues, and what you can do to help re-balance your body and support thyroid function.
