
Your thyroid is your metabolic regulator, your body's engine. If it slows down, your body slows down. If it speeds up, your body speeds up. If you're suffering from symptoms like weight gain, thinning hair, increased sensitivity to cold, increased fatigue, and heavier periods, you may need to get your thyroid checked and see what's up.
