Have you ever just felt like you need a serious detox or just need to really start making a difference in your health? Do you want to just feel better, think clearer and have more energy but don't know how? This short episode will show you where to start. The five simple things in this episode will drastically improve your health in just a matter of days, and I am so excited for you to try them out!
As always, your feedback and support is always welcome and cherished!
Main Highlights:
1. Going to bed before 10 pm - Helping enter PNS mode, manage stress, repair and reset the body.
2. Remove gluten and dairy from your diet- Even if you're not intolerant or sensitive to gluten or dairy, the proteins casein and gluten are very difficult for the body to breakdown and can disrupt such important processes that can make or break your health.
3. Eating 2-3 hours before bed (ideally before 7 pm): Going to sleep on an empty stomach is such a game-changer to boost mood, energy, and vitality for the next morning and to reinforce processes like memory consolidation and mitochondrial repair.
4. 10,000 Steps a Day: We're all busy creatures and we all tend to stay indoors or head to the gym for an exercise. But if you're in a stressful time and your body is undergoing stress, you want to remove HIIT/ interval training from your workouts and start simply walking outdoors- 10,000 steps as a daily goal can help with numerous health benefits like lowering blood pressure, increasing serotonin production, increasing vitamin D intake and so much more.
5. Waking up 15-min. earlier: If you're an extremely busy individual who feels like your'e drowning in work, with the kids, or with anything you're dealing with, waking up 15 minutes earlier for self-care, "me-time", meditation, prayer, or whatever can help start your day better, this will be such a great way to boost health, happiness, energy, and productivity.
