
I was able to release some anger on this episode. I decided to share this story while I was meditating. I always get my downloads aka ideas, during pineal gland activation meditation. I actually like the way this episode came out because I felt and demonstrated a range of emotion, including that self-abusive laugh that I do when I feel stupid. This podcast can serve many purposes. This is therapy, a book manuscript, a self-study guide and just a creative way to keep yourself busy while processing trauma.
