You will need:
Somewhere quiet with your child where you won't be disturbed
About 30 mins time for the actual technique (can be done faster once you know it)
Paper or drawing tool on any device
Pencil
Rubber/eraser
Coloured pens in bronze, bright blue, magenta red, violet, platinum silver
