Their new book is pioneering a way to be embodied, in touch with your feelings, intuition and wisdom of the body, as well as engaged with your mind and what they call the wise mind. This is a way to be present, aware and responsive to your environment, your students, or your clients in any held space, whether it be school, college, university, a workshop, a yoga class, a retreat or any other space where you are working with people.
The book will support people in becoming embodied educators, facilitators and space holders through personal practice and self enquiry.
