In my distress, I cried!
As we continue to focus on our mental wellness, we hear the voice of the Psalmist calling out to God. In was in his diung so that he found the the help, strength and comfort.that he needed.
It was the Lord who made him Whole. It is the Lord who makes us Whole today. Call upon Him. He will your cry. He will answer you. He will make you whole.
