Let's prepare for this beautiful energy treatment,
Working with our spirit guides,
Take three long deep breaths,
Into the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Get your body as comfortable as you like,
Feel free to lye down,
if that is the best place for you to receive this treatment.
We begin by blessing our space,
I call forth your spirit, spirit guides,
Completely supporting, loving, in this moment.
I call this forth for the highest and greatest good,
And so it is, and so be it.
PAUSE…
Feel your body more and more relaxed,
Notice the points of the body,
Of the surface your lying on,
And relax into those areas.
As you bring awareness to your face and your eyes,
Allow your eyes to be heavy, sinking inward, down, and back.
Spirit guides are with you,
A spirit guide helps support you,
In all areas of your life.
They have been with you since you were born,
And will stay with you until you leave this earth.
No need to know their name,
But to simply know they are with you.
Think of them as a trusted friend,
Someone who’s been with you for a very long time.
Full of innate wisdom and guidance,
Always loving and always supportive.
