I know a thing or two about surrender... In fact I live and breath the practice of surrendering to life. A practice that deepens and gives more peace and calm in my life.

Surrender is the complete UNKNOWN. It is the opposite of control.

In this episode of Healed.. & Healing.. discover:

- What surrender actually is, as a conscious practice and an energy.

- The story of how I surrendered so bravely to what would happen when I ended the abusive relationship I was in. I literally gave it all over to the Universe.
